For Parents Who Have Experienced the Loss of a Child
Grief Therapy
Losing a child is an unimaginable sorrow—an ache that reshapes everything you thought you knew about life and hope. Lisa Brown understands this pain firsthand. After losing her own baby at birth, she has dedicated her career to helping bereaved parents navigate the dark terrain of grief, transforming heartache into healing and purpose.
In our sessions, you’ll find nonjudgmental empathy and deep understanding. Lisa creates a warm environment where you can share your story, your tears, and your anger without holding back. Every parent’s journey is unique. Whether you’re coping with shock, guilt, isolation, or ongoing sadness, Lisa tailors each session to meet you where you are—helping you develop coping strategies that feel authentic to you.
Beyond coping, our grief therapy sessions focus on rekindling hope. You’ll explore paths to meaning—through legacy projects, creative expression, or building supportive connections—so your child’s life continues to shape your own.

I became a mother in March 2020 to our son, Grayson, and it has been the greatest joy of my life. My husband and I are learning to navigate marriage, parenting, work, and life after losing our daughter, Isabelle, on January 6th 2023. My hope is that this blog will help people on planet my baby died not feel so alone, and for other people still on planet earth (or any other planet) understand a little bit more about this specific planet.
